I’ve lived in the property for over two and a half years, the flat is originally unfurnished so all the furniture is mine. I have the landlord’s permission to allow somebody to move into the room. Rent and Bills come to £450 PCM.
A little bit about me, I work full-time as an Engineer and I am currently working from home. Hopefully, this will change over the summer.

I spend my free time socialising, playing rugby, Hillwalking and in the wintertime, I will try to get up north to ski as much as I can. I also have a house cat, Maisie, you would have to be okay with her. She's very friendly, so it shouldn’t be an issue.
