1 double room in to let in Dennistoun, Glasgow

I am currently looking for an new flatmate to move in to my current flat in the Hanson Park area of Dennistoun. This is situated very close to the Glasgow Royal Infirmary and is within a few minutes walk to many amenities on Dukes Street and Alexandra Parade. It is a very modern style building.

The flat is a 2 bedroom flat and the room is part-furnished with a double bed and a built in closet. Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Flat is kept in a very clean condition and access to all necessities within these areas (TV, fridge/freezer and Washing machine).

Rent & bills come to about £480 per month (inc broadband). The flat is rented out through a letting agency so there would be a quick and easy application process.

I am a friendly young professional with an interest in fitness and running. I also enjoy movies, music and reading. Also like socialising with friends.

I am looking for someone who is like minded and would like to have a roommate who would become a friend, but I also respect boundaries.
