Lovely room available. 2 bed tenement in East End

I am 26 year old Architecture student ideally looking for a fellow student to share my flat with, however this is not a deal breaker.

The house is a lovely 3rd floor flat in a sandstone tenement building in the East End of Glasgow. Perfect for walking into town or travelling by train via Duke Street and Alexandra Parade.

The house has a large shared living room with purple couches and rug, fireplace and a large table for hosting dinners. I currently use the dining table to work at as I am continuing my course from home. The kitchen is modern and reasonably sized, perfect for two people. Bathroom is long and a perfect size also.

I am a very laid back chilled person but I appreciate a clean environment to live and do my work in, so someone with the same values is essential.

I have a 8 year old Samoyed called Mia, she is super friendly, beautiful and just as chill as me so hopefully this wont be an issue!

The room available can be seen in the photos, there is a large super king bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room is big and clean with hardwood floors. Plenty of space for a desk to study at.
