I have 1 double bedroom available now in the Dennistoun Drives and am looking for a tidy, chilled and respectful flatmate to move in. Preferably non smoker who is into recycling.
The room is fully furnished with double bed and the flat is 2 storeys, equipped with fibre internet, Sky TV, dishwasher (god send!), washing machine / tumble dryer. There is also a cleaner for communal areas every 2 weeks.
Free street parking, frequent trains/buses and 20mins walk into George Square.
Rent is £600 per month inc all bills and council tax.
Currently living there are 3 young professionals, we like to watch tv, drink tea and have the occasional glass of wine. It’s not a party flat we like a peaceful night’s sleep :)
