I'm offering a double room for rent in a large, top floor flat in the heart of Dennistoun.

The room comes furnished with a quality double bed and mattress, plus bookshelf and large chest of drawers. There is also an attached walk-in cupboard with a wardrobe inside, so there's loads of storage.

The flat is three bedroom with a living room, but, with only one other tenant, there will be loads of space. There is a nice shared garden, fibre broadband, central heating, double glazing, gas cooker and a washing machine. The transport links are great, including two railway stations within five minutes' walk. There are also loads of local shops and a choice of supermarkets very nearby.

You'll be living with one male flatmate called Shane, who is 34 and describes himself as 'Clean, kind, creative, sociable, spontaneous, respectful of other people's behaviour and privacy.'

The room is available from the 2nd of July. Energy bills are included in the price of £400 per month. Council tax (band C) and internet are to be shared between tenants. The deposit is £400.

Couples are welcome, with the monthly charge increasing to £450.
