Shared living room

My current flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for a replacement! It's a furnished double room with built in wardrobe, own bathroom (not ensuite) and a shared spacious kitchen and living room. The flat is furnished with both the landlord's furniture and some of my own, including lots of plants. The area is perfect with easy access to the city centre and lots of lovely cafes and bars nearby. There is also a car park and a lift! I am quite laid back but do prefer to keep the shared areas relatively tidy. I'd be more than happy to hang out, cook together, watch movies etc. but I also respect people's need for peace and quiet!
Bills aren't included in listed price but water and electricity is £55.50 each and Wifi is £11 each. A post-graduate student would be ideal so we can save on council tax (currently band D) but this isn't essential. You would need to go through the same application process/financial eligibility checks with the letting agents that we did but this shouldn't be an issue.
