1 bedroom flat sublet for the summer

Hi all, hope spring is treating you well!

I will be gone for a few months from late May onwards and subletting my room. Bonus of the situation: the other room will be empty until Sept too (although we are not renting it out), so you will have the flat to yourself.

It consists of a large double southfacing room, with plenty of plants and books and the usual common spaces, bathroom, kitchen, and some storage. The flat is on the third floor, and comprises of kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, and two storage cabinets- which will probably be full of my moved-out stuff I guess.
1 bedroom will only be available- No living room, unfortunately!
You will have the flat to yourself , since my flatmate (a great guy in his late twenties who does a PhD in Philosophy and is into film-making and writing) will be away too.

I am looking for a fellow plant-lover who will give my plants some water and care, and an overall responsible and respectful person, since all of our things will be in the flat (storred away).
Also, it is possible I will be gone for longer, potentially over the winter.

Rent covers Council tax too (my flatmate will still be paying for his share of the rent).
Bills are usually around the 100-150 mark, depending on heating needs.
