Hi, I have a furnished double bedroom available in my lovely Dennistoun tenement flat, next to Alexandra park and Alexandra parade train station.

I am the live in landlord and the bathroom, kitchen and living room will be shared with me.
I am sociable and friendly and always up for sharing a glass of wine or meal :) That being said, my flat is primarily a quiet and peaceful place for relaxing at the end of the day. I am looking for a professional or mature student who has a similar attitude, and is respectful, friendly (and clean :))
The initial period is for 3 months (or less) with view to extend to 6+ all going well.
