Hi there, my name is Silvia and I'm looking for a flatmate from the 8th of June . Its a beautiful two bedroom flat and I'm staying in the ensuite room leaving you the big bathroom. I need someone who has or a guarantor or a full time job to join the contract with me. The sooner you will want to move in and fill the application, the better. Ideally I want to send both applications by the 20th of June and this is one of my priorities at the moment. The new lease will officially start from the 20th but the room will be free so you can move in as soon as the application are accepted (2/3 working days ish).

It's 5 min walk from bellgrove Station and from lidl in Denniston. 20 min walk tops to queen Street , 15 min with ADHD 3min by trains.

Its an agency flat so make sure you have what they ask for in the application.

full rent 1095 pcm. So 545 £ each.

Gas and electricity is with octopus on my name so 70£ monthly in total (35£ each)

Internet fast fiber (70mbps now tv) 21£ tot 10.50£ each.

Counciltax band D 200£ tot, 100 £ each.
