area is full of cafes, aldi and lidl walking distance as well as Duke Street and Bellgrove station. lots of bus stops on duke st.

kitchen and living room are together, small but cozy. already furnished so there's limited space for more furniture/pots/pans lol. bathroom with shower.

rent £535 + bills (£40/£50 a month). council tax is around 80 a month and bills vary. £12 wifi

avail to a professional in their 20s preferably. no tories no bigots

you'll be sharing the flat with my flatmate Francesca, 25 yr old female professional. she works 7 to 4 usually so awake early. she likes cooking (sorry in advance for the garlic smell) and browsing through dead people stuff aka thrifting. she is not looking for a party animal but feel free to bring friends over x
