Small double room in chilled and central flat

I am considering letting out my small double spare room, currently being used as an office. Room is currently unfurnished however would be happy to add bed in if this was required for the right person.

Location is 15-20 minute walk to Buchanan street so very central, loads of good bars and amenities near by including Lidl across the road; Bellgrove train station a 2 minute walk, MANY cafes n restaurants and 5-10 min walk to Glasgow green.

Lovely property with huge south facing balcony.

I’m 30 and like a tidy house however am quite relaxed and enjoy having friends round at weekends for wines or cocktails, I do smoke on occasion however not in the property this would be on the balcony so wouldn’t affect whoever was sharing.

Open to short or long term - male or female, I get on equally well with both as long as respectful, tidy and chilled.
