Looking for someone to take over from me as I’m moving out.
It’s a furnished 3 bedroom flat with a shared living room, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a storeroom with necessary amenities. The room’s cosy and nice with a window, a cupboard and chest of drawers. The mattress’s been changed just now (the photo shows old mattress).
The rent’s pretty decent, prepaid on the last day of every month. Bills are shared and can amount to 50/month between 3 people. Now that we’ve bid adieu to winter, the monthly figure would drop even further.
The area’s great, with the flat situated on Duke’s Street in Fisher Court.
Lidl = 2 min walk
Post office = 3min walk
Train station Bellgrove = 5-6min walk
Bus stop McIntyre = 2 min walk
Uni of Strathclyde = 15min walk
Gyms = 12-15min walk
Aldi = 15min walk
Buchanan Subway/Bus station = 10min on bus
Bars, Pubs within walking distance as well.
You can easily access Glasgow centra via a number of buses at the stops a stone throw away or by walking should you prefer.
