Bills work out around £85 on top of £475 rent pcm. Preferably another student for council tax purposes as this property is currently exempt. On street parking available but not designated spaces so can't guarantee there will always be spaces. The flat itself comprises with a shared bathroom (shower/ bath). Unfortunately no lift, it's on the first level so there is stairs, might not suit anyone that has a walking difficulty. It is a first floor, with a balcony.

The items in the room will be removed apart from the furniture so it is fully furnished. There is also a large living room area and kitchen. The flat is around a 15 minute walk from Strathclyde University; and a 20 minute walk into Glasgow city centre. It is situated close to Alexandra Parade, there is buses available regularly. As for me, I am extremely tidy, and a very busy person. Between work and being a student full time. I however would like to make a friend as well as a flatmate as I do enjoy going out and love to have plans to look forward to! 🤩 I also love to travel when I get the chance. ✈️ Looking for a reliable flatmate, preferably one that won't throw parties as I do early shifts quite a lot!
