About the flat:
I’m looking for a female flatmate who can move in as soon as possible — anytime from today, and no later than 1 December 2025. The flat has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so you’ll have your own bathroom. We’ll share the kitchen and living room.

The location is very convenient:
• The nearest station is about 7 minutes’ walk away, with trains every 30 minutes.
• Another station is around 15 minutes’ walk, offering more frequent routes.
• Within 4 minutes’ walk there are three supermarkets, including Coop, Iceland and a polish supermarket
• The bus stop is only 2 minutes away, with direct buses to the city centre.
• There is free private parking available downstairs.

Bills:
• Council tax is included in the rent.
• Bills and Wi-Fi will be split equally between us.

About me:
I usually work from home 2–3 days a week, and go to the office on the other days. In my free time, I enjoy playing the piano, going to the gym, and reading. I’m quite a quiet person, and I would prefer a flatmate who is friendly, communicative, tidy, and a non-smoker.
