Lovely South-Facing On-Suite Bedroom In Dennistoun

My partner and i are looking for someone/couple to move in to our lovely bedroom. The flat is lovely but we are planning on going travelling. The Landlord is super chill, we are in direct contact with him and he gets back to us under 24 hours every time. The room is fairly warm due to the carpeting and the that its on the second floor, meaning we only had to put the heating on a handfull of times throughout winter. Thomas (your potential new flat mate) is our very close mate prior to moving in together, he's tidy, friendly and overall good craic.
The flat furniture is now different from the pictures, for the better we hope!

We split the wifi three ways making it £8 pound each total of £24.
And the bills were also split between the three on overage of £30. total of £80-90 average. Most likely a lot cheaper in summer.
And so was the council tax of £66 each, total of £198.
