The flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood with neighbours who value their peaceful existence.

You will be sharing the flat with another student. The third room is mine. Me or my partner may visit occasionally in the year.

There is no communal living room. Parking for one car at rear of property if needed and ample space is available for bikes. The street has plenty of parking and no through traffic.

It's a convenient and popular location. Local shops and grocery chains are within 2-5mins walk for all life essentials. Public transport readily available as the flat is 2mins walk to the nearest bus-stop and 6mins to Alexandra Parade Station.
