Bright double room to rent in Dennistoun

Hi!

I'm Nina, I'm a new homeowner and looking to rent out my second bedroom. I work in marketing and also run a magazine/music festival in my spare time so I'm out of the house a lot.

I'm looking for an equally easy going (although non-flaky please) flatmate who isn't opposed to going for a pint or vino now and then. Students are welcome but I've popped an age restriction on there for ease of living together and getting along.

Throughout the year I'll be decorating here and there so just a heads up on that. I'm quite easy going, feel free to decorate the room how you like as long as the walls are white and any holes filled when your lease ends.

The flat is located near train and bus routes that have easy access to the city centre, specifically Strathclyde Uni. Dennistoun is a great community and there are plenty of nearby shops with a huge Tesco 10 minutes walk from the flat and a Coop round the corner. Flat includes Sky TV and broadband in the rent cost as well as council tax and utility bills.

I have a beautiful fluffy cat called Nala who is a total playa and loves other people as much as she loves me. She's really chilled and friendly so prepare to make a new pal.

So yeah, drop me a message if you want to arrange a viewing. I'm on holiday from the 1-8th of July so will be unavailable to contact then. I would be looking for the deposit and first months rent a month before the agreed move in date. The rent date will be the same each month, starting from your move in date (with the exception of the pre-paid first month).
