I'm currently looking for a short term room mate to share with my current tenant who is a 1st year Student at Strathclyde University. He's currently in Hong Kong and awaiting Covid restrictions to be lifted to return back to Scotland.

This would be a short term let as the flat will be unavailable from 31 July onwards.

The flat's in great condition, bright (south facing) and spacious. The living room is well kitted out with a 4K Tv, comfy sofa, bay windows and a massive fridge!

There's also free on street parking if you have a car.

Your a 5 minute walk from Alexandra Parade Station and there are lots of amazing cafe's and bars close by (Scrans 2 minutes round the corner!).

So you’d be £450 all in. That includes:

-Double bedroom (south facing)
-The other bedroom is en-suite so you would have virtually exclusive use of the main bathroom
-Fibre optic broadband
-Council tax/Factor fee's etc

You'd just have to pay for Gas and Electricity which is rarely more than £30 per month each.
