Short-term Double Room in Relaxed, Spacious Flat

Double Room to rent in fully furnished, beautiful 5th floor 2-bed flat near Glasgow City Centre.

The flat is very modern, light and spacious, and has parking and lift access. The flat is actually a 3 bed, but rented as a 2 bed, so there is a spare room that can be used as a study / spare room for guests.

The living room / kitchen is huge, really light and comfortable, and a big space to relax and spend time in.

There are two bathrooms in the flat. One is an en-suite for the master bedroom (where the current flatmate lives), and the other is communal. However, this bathroom is basically your own bathroom as the other flatmate only ever uses her own en-suite bathroom.

The available bedroom is quite large, with a double mirrored wardrobe, extremely comfortable double bed, shelves, side table and a tall set of drawers (not pictured as they're in the wardrobe currently).
It gets great views of the Glasgow sunrises (if you're ever up that early), and has great natural light throughout the day. Curtains are thin enough to let in lots of light while still providing privacy.

I'm moving out of Glasgow for my year abroad, and looking to rent out my room for the rest of our lease from May to August. There is a possibility to renew this if you want to stay longer (depending on what you and the current flatmate decide).

You'll be living with a 24 year old Diet Coke-loving Junior Doctor who is very easy going, relaxed, funny, and likes to wear her dressing gown at all times. I've loved living in this flat, and hope you will too! It's a 25 / 30 min walk to the centre of town, or a 4 min train from Bellgrove (7 min walk) / short bus ride.

Rent is usually £450pm(bills not included), but has been reduced to £400(bills not included) as it is only short-term and I'd really like someone to fill the room. This is great for such a huge flat in a central location.
Bill are wifi (£16.50), utilities (usually around £20) and council tax if you are a professional.
