Spare room in East Kilbride

Hello! My roommate has moved back to Poland and I'm looking for a new roomate to split the bills with. I have a dog walking business and I'm in a band and like to think I'm a very chilled person!
I love to cook for people and love to cook big batches so there will be plenty of tasty food to go around 👨🏻‍🍳
I'm just wanting 600 for the month which is exactly half of all the bills, including the rent , council tax, gas+ electric and Internet!

I'm not fussed if you're a man a or a women. I'm very welcoming and interested in sharing with any type of person.

Ideally I would like to live with someone that has a similar personality, as it would be good if we could be friends and have laughs together! However I am also respectful of people who want to have their own space, as a I like to do my own thing as well . So if we could find a happy medium of doing our own thing and also socializing that would be ideal!
Hopefully we can become good friends:)
You'll have a bedroom to yourself , and then in the flat there is a big living room , a bathroom and kitchen that we will be sharing!
If you want any more details on the flat just give me a message, I'm very down to earth and easy to get a long with. Ideally I'd like to get someone in as soon as possible:)
