Hi,
I am looking to rent out either 1 or 2 of my spare rooms - both double and fully furnished to a high standard.
It is a modern house which has a large back garden with hot tub, double drive, garage , 3 double bedrooms, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, sky tv, broadband.
I would say however that although there is transport links it would probably be best for a driver. It's a 20 mins drive into Glasgow City centre but I suppose that's the price you pay for a bigger pad.
I work as a sign language interpreter and enjoy travelling so it is likely that there will be times where you will have the house to yourself. I spend most of my time working or at the gym but I do enjoy the odd night out or in with a couple of drinks, nice food and good company.
