looking to rent out my spare room for some extra cash so I can travel in between working.
The room is a standard double room furnished with a bed, bedside table and fitted wardrobe with plenty storage.
I am looking for someone who is easy to live/get on with, tidy and not afraid of the Hoover.
I am pretty easy going, don't mind spending a night chilling out or chattig over a glass of wine but not a necessity.
I work shifts also so most nights I'm am out of the house with that. Would appreciate someone who can respect that and be quiet when on the night shift.
I do have a small dog who just loves company and is very well behaved.
