Bright Double Room 6 Minutes from City Center

Living room- the cage is'nt there anymore!

Hello hello!

I have recently bought my flat in the fantastic Southside of Glasgow and I am looking to rent out the spare room. The flat is close to Morrisons supermarket, queens park and all the bars and restaurants in the area and 2 minutes walk from the station ( I think its the perfect location)

The room is lovely with plenty of space. it comes furnished with a wardrobe and a double bed and still has plenty of space.

The flat its self is on the first floor of a tenement building, so it has lovely high ceilings and big windows, it is also only a 2/3 minutes walk from Crossmyloof station and from there its only 6 minutes to Glasgow Central on the train.

I have put a lot of effort into the flat and have recently put in a new kitchen so everything is nice and fresh!

I am fairly easy going and love to cook and watch awful tv shows in the living room with a a few nice gins. I love socialising but I would always chose a bar over a club.

I work for a university and I travel a lot for work so you would have the flat to yourself frequently.
