Will You Be Our New House Mate?

My friend Jessica G Lim and I (Australian) have found a delightful home in Glasgow and we are looking for 1-2 new house mates, preferably female. There is 1 HUGE room up for grabs, it costs about 70 pounds per week each if you share. Wifi and electricity bills included.

The house is humongous and splits into 3 levels. There are 10 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 showers, washing machine etc. Currently there are 8 of us living in the house: 2 females and 6 males (hence we prefer females applying, but if you're rad, how could we say no? :P).

The house is located in the Southside, right near Queen's Park (which is BEAUTIFUL!). It is only a 20 minute bike ride to Strathclyde University/into town. Public transport is splendid, so don't worry :P

My intention is for you to become apart of our loving community. All of the house mates are wonderful, 4 us of will be studying, study sessions together, woo! Everyone is very down to earth and open minded. We like to hang out together, drink tea and hot chocolate, play badminton, go camping, we plan on having community meals and just enjoy life and learn from each other!
