M74 is less than 5 minutes from home giving access to M73 and M8 motorway.
Ideal location for easy quick travel to city centre, also within walking distance to Asda superstore .

Shared bathroom and kitchen although I'm rarely home which means a lot of privacy for anyone staying. Given the decor of my home , it’s likely to be more appealing to a female although happy to consider males who like a lovely cosy home.
I would wouldn’t like my guest to work from home, as all bills are included and to be at home all day would inflate the costs of gas and electricity.
No party animals or smokers. (In the house)

About me. I’m a professional mature female who has a real zest for life.
I’m sporty. I am an avid sea kayaker, like to swim and cycle and socialise with friends. I also like, on occasion, to chill in front of the TV or read a good book.
Non drinker and don’t smoke but no issues with anyone who likes a social drink.
