Double Room in Pollokshields

Double room in a recently renovated flat in Pollokshields.

The whole property has been renovated in the past 12 months since I moved in. New Kitchen, Bathroom, Flooring etc.

I am a 27 year old professional currently working Monday - Friday.

Not as much of a night out fan as I used to be, but wouldn't say no! Prefer a few pints than going to clubs... I enjoy cooking, hillwalking and a bit of DIY as I think of new things to upgrade in the flat.

The flat is about 5 min walk from Pollokshields East Station which is 6 mins on the train to Central (next stop)l and there is on street parking at the front door. The M8 and M77 are within a few mins drive. The underground is about 20 mins walk away with the nearest stop being Sheilds Road.

Would prefer to live with another guy around my age (+/- a few years), professional and up for the odd bit of socialising. Pub quizzes, nights out or generally hanging about, hillwalking at the weekends etc

I have ticked pets considered but by that I mean house trained dogs that would be cool, not bark and annoy neighbours and not wreck the place! :)
