Double bedroom available opposite Glasgow Green

I currently have a double bedroom available for rent within my two bedroom flat. I currently occupy an en-suite bedroom and do not use the main bathroom of the flat whatsoever. Therefor, this can be used solely by the occupier of the spare room, albeit, it’s not technically an en-suite. The bedroom is fully furnished and benefits from a cupboard with a clothes rail within. There are plenty parking bays and also visitor parking easily available outside the address.

The flat sits directly adjacent to Glasgow Green and offers easy access into the nearby city centre. The location is well placed for getting onto the motorway plus Strathclyde University, the City of Glasgow College and the Royal Infirmary. You can easily walk into the city centre, or alternatively the nearest train station is around 0.5 miles away.

I am a 27 year old professional. I’m not looking for the party type of person, preferably more of a relaxed and chilled out atmosphere. Im all about respecting each other’s space etc. I’m a friendly person and easy to get on with.

There is a shared kitchen and living space which has all the expected appliances, washing machine/dryer, oven and dish washer. There’s also broadband available for unlimited use.

I’m looking for £500 per month which includes all bills etc. Also includes COUNCIL TAX.
