Lovely home near Queen Elizabeth hospital

Really lovely, clean home 5 minute walk away from Queen Elizabeth hospital.

House is located in a safe and friendly neighbourhood, with really warm neighbours.

10-15 minute drive to University of Glasgow - with great bus links to the university (I myself take the bus which is a 45 second walk from the house) - to get to the university takes 15-20 minutes by bus.

Braehead shopping centre is around the corner (again great bus links) less than a 5 minute drive

We have parking here if you have a car. House is EXTREMELY furnished! And has really fast broadband

The room is relatively small but there is PLENTY of storage space around the house.
The room is also next door to a smaller room which you would also own which can be used for storage or an office/study space.

I am a medical student meaning i’m always busy, so you may have the house to yourself a lot. I am extremely friendly and very relaxed , looking for a housemate who is clean and just a nice enough person... sorry, no murderers...

My old house mate moved in with her boyfriend and took the living room furnishing with her, so although we some couches and a glass coffee table we are currently redecorating the living room
But the COVID crisis put a stop to that (will be posting the progress of the living room when I am about)

Bills are not included but come to around £56 quid each month

The landlord is happy for us to stay as long as we want so although we are happy to consider short term lets (around 9 months), if you want a long term situation then it’s even better.
