We have a lovely room available to suit various needs. Monday to Friday lets at £400 pcm (including room turnover if required), or 7 days a week for £500 pcm.

- Very conveniently located 7 miles from Glasgow city centre, about 500 metres from Junction 3 of the M77, and one junction from Silverburn shopping centre.
- Regular bus services nearby into the city centre via Silverburn and Shawlands, as well as one to Govan.
- Train station is a 15 minute walk away with services into the city centre every 30 minutes. Journey time is 18 minutes.

The bedroom is fully furnished and has TV with Freeview channels. (With the option to upgrade to own Sky Q mini box)

We have our en suite bathroom, so the main bathroom would be shared with my Goddaughter. who lives with us. There is also a downstairs wc.

The rent is £400 per calendar month for Monday to Friday lets or £500 for 7 day lets.
