My name is Kevin and I am a live in landlord renting out a double bedroom in my 2 bedroom flat in the Oatlands Development at Richmond Gate, south of the river just next to Glasgow Green and Richmond Park available from the beginning of May 2021

The flat itself is a modern new build decorated to a high standard on the second floor of the property with, Sky TV, Broadband Internet, integrated fridge / freezer, washer/dryer, microwave / oven and dishwasher. With easy access to both the M74 and M8 motorways for commuters. There is lots of space for parking in a private residential parking area.

Situated just a short 20 min walk or 5 min drive / 15 min bus journey from Glasgow City Centre, Strathclyde University and Caledonian University the flat is ideally placed for someone who enjoys the benefits of City Centre living without actually having to live within or pay City Centre prices. Taxi fare is £5 on a night out.

I am a 31 year old professional male who works Monday to Friday. I am pretty easy going by nature and I am just as happy spending a night in watching TV as I am going on a night out. ( I am beginning to feel like this is a Tindr add so apologies in advance!) I do have a small friendly dog called Snoopy, who stays over from time to time, so a dog lover would be ideal. Don't worry you wont be expected to take him out unless you want to in which case feel free!!

Your room is a double with a new double bed / mattress. Sky TV included. Plenty of storage space is available with a desk, 3 deep chest of drawers with a 3 door wardrobe. - Please see the pictures attached. Although you don't have an ensuite you will have exclusive use of the main bathroom.

The price per month reflects that all bills are included, even council tax and don't forgot the best part, there is a cleaner who comes for a couple of hours on a Friday meaning the flat is spotless for the weekend.

The living / dinning space is open plan and i am currently working from home during the day so I am looking for a flatmate who is clean, tidy and easy to get along with.
