Buses are a two minute walk away and take 10 minutes into the city or it is 5-10 minute drive to the city, southside, east end shops, retail parks, supermarkets. All amenities are close with 5 minute connection to M74/M8/M77 motorways, public transport and cycle routes. Walking distance to Glasgow Green and to Merchant City.
The bright sunny modern double room is fully furnished with own storage and has access to a modern luxury bathroom.
The property has residential parking.
The house has all modern appliances, dishwasher, washer dryer, 4K TVs with Netflix, BT fibre wi-fi broadband and coffee machine.
I work office hours but spend most evenings out. I am social so enjoy a chat but also like quiet time and would be respectful of your space too.
