Very Large Dennistoun Room Available - March

I will be moving to another place with my partner and I am therefore looking for someone to replace me from the first week of March.

The room itself is very spacious with enough furniture to start up in Glasgow. The very large bay windows let in loads of light and the room itself is very sizeable.

The Flat in is the lovely community based neighbourhood of Dennistoun which is a stones throw away from Duke Street, a 20 minute walk to the centre of town or a 7 minute train journey from Duke Street Station (runs every 30 mins on the hour and at half past).

The area boasts loads of nice shops and a the beautiful Alexandra park just off the parade. There is also an amazing fish and chip shop called Claudio's which I would recommend.

The flat comes with an equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms with showers. Post has never been an issue and the garden is pleasant in Spring / Summer

The view of the room over looks 4 beautiful oak trees.

The price is inclusive of bills and tax however the internet costs an extra £10 per month.
