Looking for 1 Flatmate

Hi there !

Here is Julien, with my fellow friends Gwen, Joey and Richard.

We have 1 bedroom available from the 1st of November

It comes with a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk. Nothing super fancy, but all the stuff is in quite good condition. You are free to decorate or paint or put things on the walls if you want, it's all good. Not everything you can see in the photos will be staying because it belongs to the existing flatmate, but beds, wardrobes, and desks will be provided (and we probably have other bits and bobs of furniture).

We live in a huge and nice flat, 5 minutes walk from Shields Road subway station. The shared living room is very spacious, with cozy couches, as well as a dining table. The kitchen is fully equiped and there are 2 bathrooms with toilets, a bath, and two showers. There is free on-the-street parking outside the flat.

As 1 flatmate is leaving the flat, we were wondering if you could be the one? Feel free to reach out so we can arrange a visit and have a chat!

The flatshare has always been mixed gender, so anyone is more than welcome, we are open minded and won't judge you for your opinion, orientation etc. One thing only, be yourselves !

You would be living with 3 French people and a Scottish guy.

Notes:
- One bathroom is getting refurbished, dunno exactly when it'll be done !

-2 of us are musicians, 1 is learning, and we have a music room, if you like playing music, that's cool! We have 1/2 jams per weak, so it can be a bit loud sometimes!

- Bills (including Internet, gas, electric, & Council Tax) are about £100-ish per month all together.
