Flat is five minutes walk from train station/bus stop with good links to west end, city centre and beyond. Very handy for Glasgow Vet School and Beatson Institute.
The room has a single bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and filing cabinet. The flat has washing machine, fast broadband, bathroom with bath and shower, communal garden with washing line.
Looking for a flatmate, ideally a mature student aged 30-40 or thereabouts. Someone who likes cats and has a sense of humour would be ideal. I work long hours so have a quiet existence when I am at home. Not a total recluse but definately not a patry animal! Like to cook, watch films or something on netflix and pretty much chill out when I am at home.
