Our flat is perfectly situated for an easy commute into town (train is 5 min walk and takes 10mins to Glasgow Central, bus route right outside flat and takes approx. 20 mins in to town) . Free parking bays available for residents. The flat is a 5 min walk from the bustling Shawlands which is packed with great bars, restaurants and shops. Both Lidl and Morrisons are a 2 min walk from the flat so never need to worry about getting the shopping.

You will be sharing the flat with myself, my husband and two little guinea pigs called Olive and Mabel who have their own little room. We are a pretty relaxed couple who are happy to share meals and watch some telly but also happy to respect your privacy. There is a cleaner who visits once a fortnight (this is included in the rent along with council tax, heating and electric, Wifi, TV licence, Netflix, Now TV and Amazon Prime).
