Warm and bright double room in Whiteinch

The room comes furnished with a double bed (with brand new mattress), built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. Although not an en-suite you would have sole use of the main bathroom as I have one in my room. The window lets a lot of light in making it a very bright room (although the blackout blind does a good job of blocking that out if you’re part vampire).

The kitchen living room is very large and bright, with plenty of room to relax or entertain. The kitchen has lots of countertop space and cupboards (so we wouldn’t have to constantly be fighting for space), dining table, gas hob, and washing machine.

The flat has gas central heating and as it is a mid-floor flat it is never particularly cold, even if the heating has been off all day. All internet and bills are included in the rent. There is limited on street parking outside the flat, but it is not difficult to find a space on one of the surrounding streets. The flat is located about a minute walk from Dumbarton road, handy for getting buses, and is less than a five-minute ride to Partick bus/train/subway station, meaning that anywhere in the city is easily accessible.

About me. I currently work part time as a carer in a care home and part time in a restaurant in the city centre, although I start studying a master's in physiotherapy in January. Alongside that I do a lot of training for triathlon, so I’m not one for sitting still for long. When I do have free time, I like spending it either chilling watching Netflix or doing something food related (cooking, going to cafes/restaurants, exploring new pubs, etc).

Someone with vaguely similar interests would be a good addition to the flat. Although I’m not exactly a clean freak myself I would be looking for someone who is capable of tidying up after themselves without too many passive aggressive hints. I’m not much of a party animal anymore but I wouldn’t mind the flat being used for socialising/drinks.
