I don't mind noise as I am up quite late a lot playing games and am pretty easy going when It comes to being told If I am too noisy myself.
I have 2 dogs that are both collies and have a great nature. They don't have access to the living room.
The place is always clean and tidy.

It's a cozy 3rd floor flat, quiet and the neighbors are good people.
