30yr old professional Irish female seeking a new flatmate as my current flatmate has just bought her own property. The flat is in Carntyne. Parking available at the rear of property. Easy access to town and also to M8/ M80. Asda/ Tesco etc within walking distance as well as the cafes and shops of Dennistoun. Carntyne Train station also a 5-10min walk - in Edinburgh line and only a couple of stops to Glasgow Queen street.

The flat itself is a 2 bed flat on the 3rd floor of a small block of flats. My room has a small en-suite with shower so the main bathroom with a bath and separate shower would be yours. Bedroom is a small double room. Room is unfurnished, though there is a white Ikea wardrobe (as pictured) so a bed is the only essential. Rest of flat has been furnished by me. There are double French windows in the living room which are lovely in the Summer!

Rent is £325 and bills are approx £100-£120 depending on gas/electric.

I’m quite an easygoing laid back flatmate. I’m at the gym most evenings and also like to head off hiking etc at the weekend or back home to Ireland. Looking for a flat mate who likes a reasonably tidy and quiet house... also open to socialising/ going for food drinks etc
