Double bedroom in a nice spacious flat in Pollockshields East. Rent is around £500 a month which includes rent, council tax, WiFi, tv licence and gas/elec. It can vary depending on gas/elec but on average £500.
The bedroom is a good size with a double bed, 2 bed side tables, a chest of drawers and desk.
I’m a very respectful and considerate flat mate. I’m very flat proud so like to keep things tidy and would appreciate someone who doesn’t mind helping out around the flat.
I’d prefer to have someone who is up for being mates and hanging out now and again so it’s a nice environment to live in.
A little about myself I’m 29 years old, I work in insurance, currently working from home so I’m in the flat most days. I’m originally from Perth Scotland, I’ve lived in Glasgow for 4 years next month. I have a long term girlfriend (so she does stay over a few days a week). I’m a big football fan, I enjoy the outdoors bagging Munro’s, exploring Scotland and travelling.
