Double bedroom available in Cessnock

Hello! We have a room available in our three bedroom flat located on Paisley Road West.

The current occupant is heading back home to London fairly soon so we're looking to have his room taken as soon as possible. We are a boy and a girl; Nancy is a graduate currently working in Glasgow and I am a student at UoG (but currently taking time off until September). We are both friendly!

The flat is a minute's walk away from Cessnock subway station and the closest train station is Exhibition Centre, which is about a 10 minute walk over the river. A walk into places such as the west end, southside and city centre usually takes about 20-25 minutes. There are also a lot of shops, bars and cafes in the area.

The room is a good size with a double bed, closet, large shelf and chest of drawers and the flat itself is large with high ceilings, a very spacious living room and a good sized kitchen.

A smart meter was recently installed so electricity is pay as you go. I've been here for the past month and £20 lasts over a fortnight, which is able to be split between the three of us.

Deposit is £300 and rent is £300. Wifi and electricity will bring that up to about £330.
