Double room to let in Queens Park £500pcm

I currently stay at the flat with my one year old Labrador (Arlow - gives pawshakes for belly rubs) and am looking for someone to take over my spare room as my flatmate is leaving Glasgow for a new job. Open to short and longer term, rent is all inclusive of all bills.

Located just round the corner from Queens Park train station. (two stops to Glasgow Central, approx. 7 mins) with street parking that's generally avialble most of the time.

The flat itself has an open plan living room/kitchen with dishwasher and combo washer dryer. Good sized wall mounted TV with netflix available. There's a good waterfall shower and separate toilet room.

I'm a 33 year old guy who is generally quite laid back, happy to share a bottle of wine or get dinner over a netflix binge, but just as happy if you want your own space. I work Monday-Friday but currently working from home in my room and am generally out immediately after walking Arlow in the Park, but am otherwise found cooking/baking in the flat most days! feel free to get in touch if you have any questions :)
