Hi!

Lovely big double room in a ground floor flat. The room is furnished with a double bed, big chest of drawers and hanging rail for your clothes.
There's a desk and chair if you need to work from home or just shuffle some papers about. I can remove these if you don't need them. There's loads of storage space around and under the flat in the basement.

Situated in the heart of Strathbungo so loads of quality bars, restaurants, coffee shops etc. 10 mins from city centre with numerous buses or the train and 5 mins walk from Shawlands. There is on street parking outside.

Queens Park is literally across the road. There's also a shared back garden and a private front garden.

I'm easy going and friendly but unobtrusive, I work from home most of the time and I'm in the office one or two days a week.

It's not a party pad but if you want to bring a few folk back for a bit of a hoolie now and again that's absolutely fine. It's a big flat so we can easily escape each other if needed!

I like to keep the place clean and tidy. I'm no Mrs Hinch but I do like to keep the place looking nice. There is some flexibility on the move in date. Ideally I'm looking for someone long term or at least a year.

All bills included, Council Tax, TV licence, gas, electricity, and broadband.
