Cosy double room in Govanhill - SUBLET

Heya!

Room in Govanhill available for a month! My flatmate Eva and me are giving the flat away at the end of November but I’m moving away a bit early.

It's a cosy furnished double room in Govanhill, a short 10 minutes cycle (or 30 min walk) to the city centre.
Lidl is less than 5 min away and there is also a Tesco, Sainsbury and Locavore close by. Queens park is 10 min distance. The room has a closet, a drawer and a desk too.
The flat is lovely, with an artsy-warm vibe. We try to keep it as eco-friendly as possible and have loads of plants!

My flatmate Eva also has a cat, Sirius - who mostly keeps to itself but is occasionally looking for cuddles and pets (and treats ofc!). Eva works from home, except two days a week. She's very friendly, likes travelling, harry potter and (of course!) cats.

Our main wish is to have someone who is very tidy and clean and is happy with the amount of plants and the cat :)
Since Eva works from home we want a person that is mindful of noise and just overall considerate.

I'm looking to find someone to takeover the room for the whole month of November.

It's ideal if you're in town for a short time or if you're looking for more permanent accommodation but need a place to stay in the meantime.
