Hi, I'm looking for a flatmate for a traditional top floor tenement flat 2 minutes walk to the subway, good transport links, and parking available if needed.

the double room comes fully furnished with a new mattress and bed everything included a large living room and kitchen, bath, and electric shower.
all bills and wifi included.

I'm looking for a laid back flatmate and someone to feel at home in the flat. I enjoying cooking, baking, and running I'm also a full-time student normally at uni 5 days a week and work part-time. I've lived with flatmates for the past 5 years both male and female.

The flat also comes with a loving, affectionate cat. No need to worry as you’re not expected to feed him or look after him, just the occasional pet and cuddle.
