I'm enthusiastic about finding the right person to share my home with me. I have rented this place for 7 years now and have been very happy here. I know you will be too. Certainly I hope that you will love it as much as I do! :-)
I like to be sociable as well as have my own space. In my spare time I am focused on building a successful property trading business. This takes up quite a lot of my time. Nonetheless, I would still enjoy spending a few evenings a week sitting down to eat together. Maybe to cook a meal together and/or to spend the day together, sightseeing or going for walks in nature.
About me... I am 37 years old, currently unemployed and seeking work. My business which I mentioned is going to be centered around property trading. It is in the very early stages but I am very motivated to learn everything that I can. I am very interested in new age spirituality. So I would get along well with anyone else who also shared these values.
About the flat....the flat is very large and spacious. communal areas include: entrance hallway, kitchen, living room and the main bathroom for the property. The entrance hallway has a dining table; the kitchen is reasonably large with a breakfast bar; and the living room is very large. You are free to use the main bathroom of the property, which is the one that I use. The main bathroom has toilet, sink, shower and bath.
Your room is also very spacious with an En-Suite bathroom containing toilet, sink and shower cubical. It is a little on the small side but contains everything that you need. So basically you would have your pick of bathrooms for yourself or your guests, but I wouldn't be using yours. The room also includes a double bed, sofa, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a coffee table.
About bills... Approximately speaking your share of bills are as following: electricity and gas (£50 per month), broadband (£15 per month), and rent (£250 per month).
Council tax is a bit tricky to calculate at the moment as I will be on a reduced rate due to unemployment. When I find out my share we can work it out but you would be paying a lot more than if you you were employed. Sorry about that... but I do get a reduction due to low income.
Get in touch if this suits you and you can fill out an application with my landlady. £300 deposit and references are required. Thanks!
