Hiiiieee, we are looking for one additional flatmate to become part of our existing tenancy on a 4 bedroom non HMO flat in a leafy, quiet area of Mount Florida, Glasgow. The double room is available from July 1st, 2022.

The flat has amazing views over the city, great roomy communal areas (kitchen, living room and bathroom), its a short walk to Queen’s and King’s park, 5min walk to Mount Florida train station with easy links to the city centre and a short walk to both local grocery shops and the 24 hour Asda. The bedroom is large and bright with sufficient storage space. You will be sharing the flat with 3 young working professionals with an art and urban studies background.

We are into chatting about art and music over glasses of wine or whatever your preferred poison is haha! We enjoy watching films together and sharing meals. We like to keep a tidy household, we are not a party flat as we like to respect our neighbours but we enjoy having friends over and socialising. Oh and love houseplants!!!

Any prospect tenant will need to be able to provide information for a tenancy application such as: name, email address, confirm whether you are a student or working, 3 months of bank statements and a referencing form. We want to make sure it’s the right fit before we add anyone on the lease. However, we will notify the landlord that someone has moved in.
