This is a furnished, double bedroom in a spacious flat with high ceilings. Each flatmate has a dedicated storage room on the main, so you will have more space in your bedroom.
The flat is perfectly located as it is only 5 to 10 mins walking distance to the city centre, Lidl supermarket, and Bridge St. Subway Station. Around this junction you will have several small shops and restaurants, including a 24/7 Spar.
To each flatmate, bills come to around £25 electricity, £10 broadband, and £59.50 Council Tax (Band B).
I would prefer someone who is vegetarian and a non-smoker since I am, too.
