Modern spacious double with private bathroom

Double room available in a modern 2 bed apartment with communal courtyard. The spare room is a decent size, and whoever rents the room would have their own bathroom as I have an en-suite.

Room has a double bed, drawers, wardrobe with rail and shelves and a corner desk.

Kitchen is fully kitted out with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, nespresso machine and nutribullet.

I have my own biz and work from home so during the day will be on calls in my room. I’m easy going, clean and tidy. Flexible with move in date and duration.

Looking for someone who will treat the place like their own. I want it to still feel like a home for me, and the person who rents the room. Ideally someone with their own interests but who is also happy to hang out the odd evening too.

Sometimes I work evenings and weekends, but when I’m not I’m usually out with pals, curled up on the sofa or involved in some sports. I’m pretty active, like a cheeky vino or a gin every now and then.

Definitely not a party flat! Those days are long gone.
