I’m looking for a female flatmate for this cosy, fully furnished double room on the Southside.

The flat has all the essentials, including a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room, plus a private front garden and outdoor parking space!

I tend to keep to myself, but I love a good chat now and then. I also travel quite a bit, so you will often have the place to yourself!

This neighbourhood is super peaceful, there's a few retired neighbours so It's ideal for anyone who enjoys a calm and low-key vibe.

It’s just a 15-minute drive or bus ride to Glasgow City Centre There’s great access to the M77 and plenty of bus routes making it easy to get around.

You’ll also find yourself within walking distance of Silverburn Shopping Centre, Pure Gym, the Library, pool and several amenities.

All bills are included, except council tax (Band B).
