I’m a 29 year old professional currently working from home. Looking for a tidy flatmate (preferably a profesional too for council tax purposes) who is respectful of personal space and enjoys occasional wine night with a cheese board and a good laugh (sense of humour is a must)! I prefer to keep common areas tidy and don’t really care about the state of your room as long as we get our deposit back :)

About the flat: Top floor, fully furnished two bedroom tenement flat with secure entry. Common areas include spacious living room, large kitchen, bathroom and small storage room. No private parking space but street parking is available.

Area: The flat is situated right next to the train station and bus stop is just outside the flat which is ideal for commuters. City centre is only 15 min by train, easy access to M8 and Clyde tunnel. Surrounding area also has a park and a canal and big Morrison’s.
